Chairman
En. Aziz is a graduate in Law from University of Essex, England. He started his Loss Adjusting career in 1981 with Richard Brook International Loss Adjusters where he received extensive training and development in the handling of both property and accident claims relating to domestic, commercial and industrial risks. As Chairman, En. Aziz is responsible for managing the organization and developing new business.

Dato’ Veloo commenced his career with an Insurance company in 1982 where he handled various motor related claims , among other include bodily injury and property / Own damage damage claims. In 1998 he joined a local Insurance company as a Claims Executive and was subsequently promoted to Branch Manager. He was appointed as a Managing Director in AA since 1995 and has spearheaded the development of this company since then.
In this capacity, he has brought about numerous changes enhancing business activity by building up the infrastructure to excel further and also manage human resource development while maintaining excellent rapport with clients . He works closely with the Board of Directors and the management to form a resilient team to meet challenges and targets ahead .

Executive Director
Mr. Ravi has extensive adjusting experience having worked in three different companies between 1977 and 1995. He has excellent knowledge in handing motor / BI / TPBI claims. He joined AA in 1996 and together with En. Aziz and Mr. Veloo, they form the backbone of the organization. As Executive Director, Mr. Ravi is responsible for client servicing and account portfolio management.

Director
Mr Balan graduated from Stamford College and had experience working in the hospitality industry before joining an insurance company in 1989. He has been involved in insurance agency work before moving to an adjusting company in 1991. He joined AA as a Senior Loss Adjuster and was promoted to Branch Manager in 1999 taking charge of the northern region Kedah, Penang Perlis and has handled a wide spectrum of motor and non-motor losses.
He was later promoted to Senior Manager and now is a Director. With 30 years of experience in loss adjusting industry handling various types of claims and investigation works he is now in charge of branch operations nationwide and spearheading the northern region state’s of Penang, Kedah and Perlis.
