Abdul Aziz is a law graduate from University of Essex, England. Aziz started his loss-adjusting career in 1981 with Richard Brooks International Loss Adjusters where he received extensive training in the handling of both property and accident claims relating to domestic, commercial and industrial risks.

 He is currently responsible for the liability and financial claims in addition to supervising the motor adjusters for which he is well suited with his legal background and insurance adjusting experience.

His qualifications and vast experience in handling a variety of substantial losses makes him a valuable asset to the Management. As Chairman/CEO, Aziz is responsible in managing the organization and developing new business.

Name	:	Mr. Vadivale Munyandy
Position	:	Managing Director
Qualification	:	Associateship in General Insurance of the Australian Insurance Institute.
		Book – Keeping Certificate with London Chamber Commerce & Industry.

Veloo, as he is known, commenced his working career with an Underwriting company in 1982 where he handled bodily and property damage claims. He later joined a local insurance company as a Claims Executive and was subsequently promoted to Branch Manager.

Veloo also worked for another insurance company as a Marketing Manager before joining an adjusting company in 1994. He embarked his involvement in AA in October 1995 and since then has been with the company as Managing Director. In this capacity, he maintains excellent relationship with clients and works closely with Abdul Aziz in managing the company.

Name	:	Mr. Joseph Ravindran
Position	:	Executive Director
Qualification	:	Diploma of the Australian Insurance Institute.
		Certificate in Electrical Engineering.

Ravi has extensive adjusting experience having worked in three different companies between 1977 and 1995. He has very good knowledge in dealing with motor / BI / TPBI claims and has resolved a few fraud cases in his career.

He joined AA in 1996 and together with Abdul Aziz and Veloo, they form the backbone of organization. As Executive Director, Ravi is responsible for client servicing and account portfolio management.

Poobalan joined AA in January 2005 after ten over years of loss adjusting experience in two international companies. He has dealt with highly specialized claims and losses within Malaysia and also in the region. He brings with him a track record of excellent claims handling procedures, technical know-how and client management practice.

As General Manager, Poobalan currently spear heads AA’s drive to secure and develope non-motor business. He is supported by a dynamic team of qualified and experienced adjusters. The department has already been appointed to act on few sophisticated cases in the following areas – Fire, Public Liability, IAR, Engineering and Construction.

Raziff is a qualified risk management graduate and has practiced as a loss adjuster for the past eight years. His experience includes dealing with complicated losses – Fire, MB, Public Liability and EEI. He has excellent contacts with the local Insurers and Takaful operators. Raziff supports Poobalan in managing non-motor business for the organization.

Mr De Silva holds a Bachelor in Laws from the University of London and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK and a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators. He is Chartered Insurance Practitioner and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK) and the Malaysian Insurance Institute.

Mr De Silva began his career in the insurance industry in the Claims Department of a leading insurance company before venturing into the field of loss adjusting. Mr De Silva’s experience includes serving as Branch Manager of a loss adjusting firm and his involvement over the past twelve years has seen his participation in various types of losses in the areas of liability, motor, marine and various classes of non-motor claims. He has also been involved in the areas of pre-risk surveys, risk management and dispute resolution.

Mr De Silva currently heads the Motor Department in AA and is responsible for overseeing its management and administration.

Mr. Samuel has vast experience in the field of own damage loss adjusting having gained  the training and knowledge from being engaged in a few local adjusting firms. In 1995, Mr. Samuel joined AA and has since been tasked with the responsibility to oversee the Own Damage Department. He is responsible for the production targets, marketing for new business and the overall business performance of the Department.

Mr. Chandrasekaran holds a Bachelor of Laws and commenced his career in the field of loss adjusting with a local firm. Having acquired the experience and knowledge in both the areas of motor and non-motor his dedication then saw him being promoted to the position of Branch Manager.

Mr. Chandrasekaran then joined AA in 1996 and is tasked with the important function of overseeing select client accounts. He is also responsible for monitoring the production targets of the Motor Department. Mr. Chandrasekaran is also actively involved in the marketing of new business and the daily operations of the Department.

Mr. Radhakrishnan joined AA in 1996 and was primarily involved in the investigations and adjustment of various motor claims. In 2000, Mr. Radhakrishnan was promoted to the position of Assistant Manager and is currently tasked with the responsibility of monitoring the production targets of the Motor Department.

Mr. Sukumaran is a graduate in Banking & Management from University Kebangsaan Malaysia. He joined AA in 2000 and dealt with all types of motor investigations and adjustments.  In 2005, Mr. Sukumaran was promoted to the position of Assistant Manager and is tasked with the duty of managing select clients accounts as well as the production targets for the Motor Department.
